Cafe' Gan Sipur

“In the thick of forest, at the foot of a great city, rests a magical house surrounded by greenery.  A house of coffee.  There are those who tell of fairy tales and stories meeting every night to concoct sweets, potions, and magical coffee flavours.  The sound of liquid swishing and the tapping of kettles signifies of a coming zephyr, and with that all the stories disappear.  The forest inhabitants awaken joyfully every morning and hope to relive the adventure.  Cheerfully, they wonder for and ever – “who is the cook that makes our hearts glamour?”  Unbeknown to them, for he is not a cook, but many stories and flavours blended joyfully… and even if they cast their fate, they will never know that it is a garden story.

Mugs

The experience in the small details – the wonderful poems by the poet Shlomit Cohen Asif adorn our hot drink mugs.  We wondered how we could surprise, excite, and make our experience unique – everyone loves the final product.  The mugs are sold at each of our locations and carry over the experience to your homes.

Rebooks Association

Our cafés work in conjunction with the “Rebooks Association”.  Rebooks is a friendly social service which encourages the use of second-hand books.  This service is entirely operated by people who are coping with employment difficulties.  Thanks to the Rebooks social service, these individuals obtain valuable professional skills and an opportunity to readjust into the labour market.  Books are sold for only 20 shekels!  At our cafés you may donate old books and receive a voucher to purchase an available book from the bookshelf for only 15 shekels, instead of 20 shekels.  Sounds wonderful, huh?
